This cocktail tastes as good as it looks, with hints of currant and elderflower among the champagne bubbles. The ingredients combine to create an elegant cocktail with a hint of sweetness.

  • ½ ounce Absolut Kurant vodka
  • ¼ ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • ¼ ounce simple syrup
  • 4 ½ ounces Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut champagne
  • 1 preserved hibiscus flower for garnish

Chill spirits, then slowly pour into a champagne flute, one by one, starting with the vodka and working down the list of ingredients to the champagne finish (be extra careful when pouring the champagne). Top with a hibiscus flower, then serve and enjoy.
