For those who love the look of a martini but hate the taste of vodka, Panevino’s Coffee Cake Martini comes to the rescue. This rich dessert drink is “cake in a cup,” made with Bailey’s Irish Cream, cinnamon schnapps, Kahlúa liqueur and a hint of triple sec—all mixed with espresso.
“The Coffee Cake Martini is perfect for the winter months because it gives you a sense of warmth without it being a hot drink,” Panevino assistant general manger Mark Lopez says.
- 2 ounces Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1 ounce cinnamon schnapps
- ¾ ounce triple sec
- 2 ounces chilled espresso
Combine the ingredients in a martini shaker with ice, shake well, then strain into a chilled martini glass to serve.
