Inspired by Brazil’s annual Carnaval celebration, Sushi Samba serves up fusion fare with vivacious and contemporary cocktails to match. Three cultures—Japanese technique, bold Brazilian flavors and Peruvian traditions—combine to create a single and distinctive culinary concept, while the restaurant offers a range of well-sourced items from the kitchen, full-service sushi bar, raw bar and robata grill.
