High Rollers of Comedy

The Strip gets an extra dose of humor on April 30 thanks to four high-rollers who like to laugh.

The High Rollers of Comedy mark their return to the Venetian’s Smokin’ Hot Aces, where they will perform at 8 and 10 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. The troupe consists of four Las Vegans—Jim Germano, Mike Stigs, Keith Lyle and John Barnes—meaning you might recognize them from the grocery store, dry cleaner or neighborhood coffee shop.

Movie fans might recognize Lyle as the casino card dealer from The Hangover, while Stigs jokes that audiences might already know him for his work at the local pizza buffet. Tickets are $40, with discount coupons available. Better yet, bring this copy of Vegas Seven to a show during opening weekend and receive two-for-one admission. Ages 21+.

It’s a fair question, even for those of us who live here. His answer? “On the surface it looks like one of the most unsustainable places on the planet. But there’s a lot of stuff under the surface.”
