This restaurant is like an old-fashioned speakeasy, in a romantic kind of way. Chef Jason Underwood, a contestant on the fourth season of Hell’s Kitchen, created this spicy dish, which features two banana peppers filled with Italian sausage, baked with mozzarella and Sugo sauce (an old Sicilian recipe) and served with crustinis topped with Parmesan and Romano cheese. $10.95, 5795 W.
