The Lavolini takes the champagne-like fizz and sophistication of prosecco and makes it both fun and sweet, blending the flavors of passion fruit and elderflower with a hint of citrus.

  • 1½ ounces passion fruit purée
  • ½ ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  • ¾ ounce triple sec
  • 3 ounces Nino Franco prosecco ice

Combine passion fruit purée, St-Germain and triple sec in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a champagne flute, top with a generous pour of prosecco and enjoy. Bella!
