Who doesn’t love the refreshing combination of firm tomatoes, tender basil and creamy mozzarella laced with olive oil and balsamic vinegar? Rumor resort executive chef Vic Vegas turns up the heat on the classic Caprese salad by baking a thick crust of fresh mozzarella cheese atop those firm tomatoes.
