A Fresh Face for Eve

Renovations luxe-up Longoria’s club

Just one year ago, Eva Longoria hosted the opening of her brand-new Eve Nightclub inside Crystals at Aria. Stiletto’d guests made their way up a then-industrial, black entry staircase on Dec. 30. But on the eve of Eve’s first birthday, the boutique nightclub has undergone a cosmetic face-lift that will undoubtedly please the senses.

Eve Nightclub shut down on Dec. 22, and while most venue renovations take multiple weeks and even months, just one week was needed to kick off the first phase of a planned full makeover before reopening on Dec. 29. Throughout 2011 the venue will continue to undergo additional improvements.

The change was evident immediately upon arrival during Vegas Seven’s exclusive sneak peek. The black staircase—always seemingly an afterthought—has at last been transformed into a celebrity-worthy, red-carpeted portal, guaranteed to make every guest feel like a Hollywood A-lister. The multiple VIP sections have been given a “homey atmosphere” with the addition of more light and flowing, sheer white drapery, which adds a luxurious-yet-comfortable feel to the club. New bottle service table settings blinged-out in crystals shine from the center of each table. The massive panoramic windows have also been tinted to shield guests from the summer sun during daytime events.

At the heart of the club, the ring of video screens over Eve’s dance floor will now feature even more video enhancement to pair with the DJs’ sounds, and the empty spaces between each screen are now filled with crystal chandeliers.

By far one of the biggest improvements is that done to Eve’s lighting and sound systems, which have both been turned up to their highest potential. Guests can also expect better ear-candy via a new roster of DJs for 2011 including new resident DJ Presto One, and the club anticipates a long list of special guests and celebrity host appearances as Eve steps with a fresh face into the New Year.
