Snoop Dogg jumped in the celebration and onstage with Ray J. The Kardashian sex tape-ologist ran through tunes “Sexy Can I,” “Tie Me Down” and “143” before giving way to his sister and A Family Business co-star Brandy, who sang “Happy Birthday.” The next night, Ray J was spotted at Vanity, where he partied until 4 a.m. before catching a flight to Los Angeles.
