Trinity Haven Schlottman

General contractor and developer; age 32.

Most prized possession: His loft.

What he’s wearing now: Stitched sports coat, Astor & Black shirt, LA Denim Atelier jeans and Prada suede shoes.

If downtown had a mascot, it would be Schlottman. A regular fixture at all the cool spots, he fell in love with the area while building Urban Lofts and never strayed. “Downtown is not about what you drive, what you own or even your income, it is about the identity you create for yourself by being in the mix,” he says. A businessman with a bohemian heart, he dresses for comfort and for the occasion. “It is difficult for me to find clothes that I really like and that fit well,” so he owns “quite a few jeans” and all of his suits are custom made.

In contrast to the resort’s advertising campaign, which promises “Just the Right Amount of Wrong,” the Sahra Spa & Hammam at the Cosmopolitan is a dreamy desert respite from the endless nights of dancing on tables, drinking till you can’t see straight and other Vegas pastimes.
