Nikki Beach Las Vegas won’t open until April, but there is good news for the beach-loving boys and babes: Café Nikki launches its South Beach Happy Hour, complete with champagne, Miami-style tapas, rotating DJs and exclusive specials for locals with VIP membership cards. Idolizing John Lennon and with a goal of bringing meaning back to music, gypsy-like British singer-songwriter Fox Elipsus travels to It’s A Grind Coffee to bare a piece of his soul. (8470 W.
