A Second Run

For the past five years, Target’s GO International designer collaboration series has made up-and-coming designers accessible to the masses. Its partnerships with rising stars such as Proenza Schouler, Rodarte and Thakoon have introduced high fashion without a hefty price tag to a whole new crop of people. The to-die-for collections often sell out quickly. Once they are gone, they’re gone. But now the geniuses at Target are taking pity on those who snoozed by reissuing a few of GO International’s most coveted items. Through April 10, keep an eye out for the re-releases of 34 dresses from 17 designers, including Tara Jarmon, Rogan and Luella Bartley—available both in stores and online. Act fast, because after this they will be gone for good.

Light Me Up

By Ida Siverio

Known for his signature X’s, contemporary artist Kaws’ newest project, in collaboration with Standard Hotels, is one of functional nature: a light bulb. He changed the shape of the filament inside the bulb and incorporated his X’s. The light bulbs work in any standard incandescent fixture, giving an ordinary room an extraordinary vibe. The dimly glowing three-watt bulbs were available in non-numbered, limited-edition sets of three (red, purple and green) for $65. They sold out but they can still be found on eBay.
