Charles Oakley goes on offense against Aria

Longtime Knicks forward and current Bobcats assistant coach Charles Oakley has slapped Aria with a lawsuit over alleged, er, slapping.

According to reports, Oakley was an invited guest at Aria on May 28 of last year, but was refused re-entry into the hotel by security. Oakley claims when he tried to go back inside, he was attacked in a “gang-style beatdown” that led to him being hospitalized.

After the incident went down last year, Caesars casino host Nicole Tucker posted pictures to Twitter of what appears to be Oakley in a cast, with the note, “Oak got jumped at Aria not once but twice by security … wow.”

Tyrone Hill, whom Oakley once famously drilled in the head with a basketball during a shoot-around, hasn’t yet had his whereabouts for May of last year accounted for.
