Carré D’Agnello at Sirio Ristorante

The Maccioni family made a name for itself in Italian dining years ago with Le Cirque. That tradition continues with Sirio Ristorante and dishes such as Carré D’Agnello, a tender and juicy rack of Colorado lamb cooked in a pistachio crust. It’s served with a side of semolina gnocchi dripping with butter and sage. $48, in Aria, 590-7111.
