“Decadence” is the prevailing theme at the Las Vegas outpost of this New York favorite, and the desserts, sundaes and over-the-top comfort foods have garnered quite a following. Now, fans of Serendipity’s treats can indulge in breakfast. For a mix of sweet and savory flavors, try the Saints & Sinners French Toast Log. A thick slice of French toast is covered on one side with breakfast potatoes, bacon and eggs, and smothered with whipped cream and berries on the other. $18, in front of Caesars Palace, 731-7373.
