Served either by the glass ($14) or by the pitcher ($68), this pulpy poolside sipper unites two of summer’s most refreshing notions: watermelon and cucumber. To make at home, muddle three large chunks of fresh watermelon with six slices of cucumber and a half-ounce of simple syrup. Add 2 ounces Ciroc vodka, half-ounce Watermelon Pucker and a splash each of sour mix, 7-Up and soda. Then repair to the shade and have a seat; it’s a better position from which to pat yourself on the back, you incredible bartender you.
