Notice how we said “lounge” and not “bar.” Because at Lagasse’s Stadium, that’s what you’re invited to do—lounge … literally. The centerpiece of the 24,000-square-foot restaurant/bar/sports book is a stadium-style seating area of plush white leather couches/chaise lounges that face the 9-by-16-foot big screen that hovers over the sports book. Similar comfy areas line the perimeter of the venue, which also features semi-private “Sky Boxes” and private “Luxury Boxes” (complete with access to the outdoor patio that abuts the Strip). But even if you can’t score a VIP-like seat inside celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse’s sports sanctuary, an old-fashioned table will do just fine. That’s because you can’t rotate more than 90 degrees without eyeing one of the 100-plus picture-perfect HDTVs.
