Fried Chicken Wings in Garlic Sauce, Soyo Korean Barstaurant

This popular late-night spot does Korean-style chicken wings right. A far cry from its spicy Buffalo cousin (though there is a version with spicy sauce on the menu), this Korean fried chicken wing is crunchy on the outside, thanks to a slightly sweet garlic glaze that caramelizes on the wing. They arrive piping hot, with a sprinkle of sesame seeds to add nuttiness to the sweet and salty combination.
