Best Place to Watch Walks of Shame

Casino cafés and 24-hour coffee shops

Only the casino cafés and 24-hour coffee shops can consistently provide both a bottomless morning cup of coffee as well as a perfect view of a practically bottomless pretty young thing as she dashes from the nearby hotel elevator bank to whatever ride home she managed to drunkenly arrange. And while people-watching can be entertaining no matter which casino café you choose, the finest walks of shame are best observed from any higher-end resort where you get that perfect storm of locals, late-night affairs and tourists with bigger bank accounts. It’s the best free show on the Strip.

For the uninitiated, it makes for an awkward moment. Had this happened to me, and I’m not confirming that it did, the larger metaphor wouldn’t have been lost: Maybe everyone doesn’t fit in here.
