We understand that New Year’s Eve on the Las Vegas Strip is a time for reckless abandon. That’s why more than 300,000 people hit the streets and left their trash out there. But let’s all pause for a moment to consider that, even when the action gets real fun, one ought to keep an eye on the ol’ umbrella stroller—and, uh, its contents.
