Tater Tots, Old Homestead

The freshly shredded, cheese-filled tater tots appear on the original menu, and here they are painstakingly handmade daily. The truly Las Vegas touch? Fat Boy Sauce—basically the best baked potato toppings: sour cream, bacon and cheddar cheese—for dipping. $12, in Caesars Palace, 888-346-4642.
