Wolfgang Puck isn’t all California-style pizzas and nouveau cuisine— his restaurants put out a great burger as well. A hefty prime beef burger is cooked to order and topped with sharp and funky Vermont cheddar cheese, which oozes over the patty as it is melted. Onion marmalade adds a sweet note to the burger, which rests on a seeded bun. A burger this simple doesn’t get any better.
