Grilled Prime Burger, Wolfgang Puck’s Postrio Bar & Grill

Wolfgang Puck isn’t all California-style pizzas and nouveau cuisine— his restaurants put out a great burger as well. A hefty prime beef burger is cooked to order and topped with sharp and funky Vermont cheddar cheese, which oozes over the patty as it is melted. Onion marmalade adds a sweet note to the burger, which rests on a seeded bun. A burger this simple doesn’t get any better.

K-Jun is a month-old import from Seoul serving decadent, deep-fried goodness in four forms (wings, popcorn bites, and half or whole bird) and with four flavors (Cajun, sweet garlic, sweet and mild garlic, and a scorching sweet and spicy garlic.) Portions are huge so come hungry, but be patient, too: A sign at the counter explains that every dish is fried to order and takes a minimum of 15 minutes. This type of KFC doesn’t believe in heat lamps.
