The Bank’s Piventerest

Jeremy Piven has a drum kit and a dream—a dream to play cover songs in a nightclub with the guy who plays guitar with Miley Cyrus, and the guy who’s the touring rhythm guitarist for the Offspring.

Call it a dream realized. Piven, who apparently has tons of free time now that Entourage is wrapped, brought his band, Bad Decisions (featuring Jaco Caraco, the former; and Todd Morse, the latter), to The Bank on March 3, where they played a seven-song set that included the White Stripes’ “Seven Nation Army” and Tom Petty’s “Mary Jane’s Last Dance.” Maybe next time he won’t be so quick to pass on Runaway Jury 2: Curly’s Revenge.
