Green Scramble, the Cracked Egg

It seems somehow healthier to eat a dish that has “green” in its title. This dish might be on the lighter side but isn’t missing out on flavor. Three eggs are scrambled with chicken, broccoli, spinach and chilies and topped with pepper jack cheese. The best green thing is the chili verde sauce that comes with it. Made in-house, the sauce is well rounded with great spice and goes great with eggs.
