Truffle Eggs, Ethel M Chocolates

Nothing says Easter like eggs. So much the better when they’re made of chocolate. The local chocolatier’s annual spring collection features seasonal favorites such as the peanut butter assortment. Milk and dark chocolate eggs are filled with creamy peanut butter and

a touch of sea salt. Fruit truffle eggs are a big hit as well, with a variety filled with fruit ganache in flavors such as Key lime, strawberry and lemon.

If Penn’s Thai House weren’t east of Sunset Station in an obscure suburban mini-mall, it would enjoy wide acclaim by now. Perhaps the comely Thai chef, Penn Amarapayark, prefers it this way.
