When coffee is your guilty pleasure, it can’t hurt to try to make it a little healthier. Greens & Proteins replaces the cream entirely with soy or almond milk, and makes a puree with cacao powder, dark chocolate chips, avocado and whole, flavored coffee beans. What you won’t realize is that there’s also your favorite green leafies in there, such as kale and collards, as well as raisins, flaxseed and vanilla. A bit of stevia sweetens whole deal.
