We’ve all heard that you never want to buy the most expensive house in a neighborhood. So imagine how hard it is then to find a buyer for the most expensive residential listing in foreclosure-laden Las Vegas. The Los Angeles Times documents Sun West Custom Homes owner Daniel Coletti’s attempt to sell his 10,700-square-foot Summerlin residence for $13.9 million. The five-bedroom, two-story house, which features a 17-car garage and 2,700-square-foot pool, sits on 25,000 acres, but has found no takers in a year on the market.
