Pacquiao, Bradley both make weight, ‘ready for war’

Timothy Bradley might be anticipating the best Manny Pacquiao tonight at the MGM Garden Arena, but one thing is for certain the undefeated welterweight is getting the biggest PacMan ever.

The Filipino superstar weighed in at a career-high 147 pounds Friday night in front of 5,000 rowdy fans at the emerald green casino located on the famed Las Vegas Strip, while is opponent from Palm Springs, Calif. tipped the scales at 146.

“I’m ready for war,” said Bradley (28-0, 12 KOs), who starred down Pacquaio during the prefight festivities.

But boxing’s first eight-division champion only smiled and laughed at Bradley’s Bravado.

“I’m happy because God is with me,” said Pacquiao (54-3-2, 38 KOs), who prior to this fight, swore off drinking and gambling and rededicated himself to God with daily bible study sessions.

Pacquiao, who has won 15 straight fights over the last seven years, has always come in under the division’s weight limit until this fight.
