The concept of scantily clad, top-heavy female servers is hardly innovative (see Hooters … and pretty much every casino floor in town). But when the recession bludgeoned the restaurant industry, several establishments decided the best way to lift the bottom line was to lower the neckline—hence the increasing number of successful “breastaurants” such as the Tilted Kilt and Twin Peaks. And while we have no doubt that STK would’ve become one of the city’s top steak houses even if its female staff looked like they just walked off an Amish farm—the food there is that good—we appreciate that the folks at the ONE Group chose to add yet another, uh, attractive side dish to their stellar menu.
