Sterling silver bar tools, house-made everything and no compromises. If you want authentic classic cocktails made with historical integrity (not to mention great bar food, old movies on the screens and a proprietor who knows his fizzes and flips from his bucks and shrubs), Herbs & Rye has a barstool for you. Owner Nectaly Mendoza is an exacting cocktail historian, and if an ingredient can be purchased or produced at his bar, he’ll do whatever is necessary to present you with something as historically correct as it is delicious.
