In the wacky world of Las Vegas eats, it’s pretty difficult to top DW Bistro (a Jamaican and New Mexican concept) or Forte (where Spanish and Bulgarian dishes intersect). The newest and most unlikely concept, though, is Judit’s Bistro, a modest Spring Valley pizzeria that also serves chicken paprikash, beef goulash, a Hungarian seven-layer cake called Dobos torte and anything else the owner, Judit Cseke, feels like cooking that day.
