Once TGIFriday’s added “Korean tacos” to its menu, we waved goodbye to those Asian tacos jumping the shark. But other vehicles for kimchi—that trendy Korean condiment—have made themselves known. The best and most surprising of which are the Angry Kimchi Fries at Buldogi’s.
