Once TGIFriday’s added “Korean tacos” to its menu, we waved goodbye to those Asian tacos jumping the shark. But other vehicles for kimchi—that trendy Korean condiment—have made themselves known. The best and most surprising of which are the Angry Kimchi Fries at Buldogi’s. Crisp sweet-potato fries, topped with savory pork bulgogi, tangy kimchi, five types of cheese, diced jalapeño and a fried egg make this marriage of carne asada, fries and bibimbap, our favorite fusion way to eat the spicy, fermented cabbage.
