Summer Lovin’ Steak & Sangria, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse

Fleming’s has been embracing the season all summer long with a three-course prix-fixe menu with optional, fun sangria pairings. Its last installment, running through Aug. 26, features a beefsteak tomato and mozzarella salad, prime New York strip topped with gorgonzola, and lemon poppy-seed butter cookies for dessert. Wash it down with Sailors Sunset sangria, made with Red Diamond merlot, Sailor Jerry spiced rum, peach schnapps and lots of citrus fruit.
