Sure, there’s a three-month wait to get a table at the Masterchef judge’s restaurant, but that doesn’t mean you can’t grab a seat at the bar and have some snacks. These oysters are flash-fried tempura-style, with a crispy, airy coating. The juicy mollusks are then served back in their shells with a dollop of crème fraîche tartar sauce and some branches of crunchy sea beans to add texture.
