Pizza Bianco, D’Amore’s Famous Pizza

It’s the crust that really sets D’Amore’s pizza apart from other walk-up pizza joints. Made with imported flour and oil, and sparkling water straight from Naples, Italy, the cracker-like base has a nice crunch. Crust integrity makes a huge difference when D’Amore’s layers its signature pie with sautéed spinach, onions and garlic, then tops it with roasted red peppers and a creamy blend of ricotta, mozzarella and Romano cheese.
