Mike Minor

Executive chef at Border Grill in Mandalay Bay, age 39.

“My most prized possession is cookies and milk. I’ve never met a cookie I didn’t like. It is the one thing that makes me feel like a kid again. When I was 1 year old I came home from being at the hospital and I had chocolate-chip cookies, and I’ve eaten them almost every night since. I’m a kid at heart, and I wanted to do something to show my personality, which is fun and lighthearted, so I even got a Cookie Monster tattoo.”
