Fried rice is often an afterthought at many Asian restaurants, but Blue Ribbon’s version is usually one of the first things ordered by those in the know. One of the Japanese-influenced restaurant signature dishes, it’s not only studded with bits of oxtail, shiitake mushrooms and daikon radish, it’s topped with a bone marrow-filled crepe. Who says fried rice has to be boring?
