Boulevard Pool is out, the Ice Rink is in, transforming the Cosmopolitan’s pool deck overlooking the Strip into a wintery playground for the season, complete with real ice, fire pits, toasty adult beverages and s’mores. If you don’t make it for the opening tonight, Mondays will be “Date Skate” with scenes from holiday movies playing on the 65-foot tall marquee.
