Lobster Roll, Seafood Shack

Summer seems so far off now, but there’s nothing that makes one more nostalgic for the beach and warm weather than eating a good lobster roll. Seafood Shack stuffs a toasted bun with big hunks of lobster tossed in just a little bit of creamy dressing along with bits of celery, tarragon and chives.
