Better known as stuffed cabbage leaves, this Serbian version is on the specials board at this hole-in-the-wall joint. Cabbage leaves are steamed to make them more pliable. Minced meat and rice are tucked into the big green leaves, which are then rolled into a neat little package before it’s all cooked in a thin tomato sauce. Be careful, they’re molten hot on the inside.
