Trendsetters Seen at MAGIC


Last week, Vegas Seven descended on MAGIC/Project market week to scan the crowds for fashion-savvy visitors and to get a feel for the latest looks.

Split between the Mandalay Bay and Las Vegas Convention Centers, MAGIC is one of the world’s largest apparel, accessories and footwear trade shows. The February show drew around 56,000 visitors and 5,000 new and established brands from over 80 countries.

The celebrity talent and Las Vegas-branded nightlife were hot, the fashions and gadgets very cool at the recent 2013 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. We were on the scene at the Talent Resources Luxury Lounge, where snow bunnies partook in makeovers by Dove and CoverGirl; the Ugg Australia Lounge, New Era Chalet and Samsung Galaxy Lounge within the Village at the Lift; the Miami Oasis; Oakley Learn to Ride; and the Kari Feinstein Style Lounge, where pretty-but-parched skin got the royal treatment.
