Chef Jet Tila—formerly of Wazuzu in Encore, now running his The Charleston Restaurant and Gastrolounge in Santa Monica—will make his way back to Las Vegas for Memorial Day weekend, when he will open a casual concept at 3735 Spring Mountain Road, Suite 206. Kuma Snow Cream (“kuma” is Japanese for polar bear) will offer varieties of “snow cream,” a creamy dessert made from condensed milk and shaved ice. Follow Tila’s progress at KumaSnowCream.com.
