Who: Nicole Villa

What: Owner and founder of Focish

I?m in the middle ? of redefining my look. I don?t want to be confined to a traditional business style, so I?m playing around with mixing in lots of gold statement pieces and loud prints.

My parents are ? first-generation Americans. My mom is Dutch and Indonesian, while my dad came to the States from rural Mexico. Both taught me that there aren?t any limits, whether in business or style.

My dad ? used to do work on low-riders, specifically with upholstery. One day, I decided to restore a wood desk, and it got lots of compliments. Now we?ve merged our interests and refurbish old furniture together.

My main business ? is my social media ad firm. Not everyone knows what hashtags and user names are. I saw the need for proper social media education for people both old and young.

Daniela Ciocan Draws on Jet-Setting Life to Set Style

By Jessi Acuña

Who: Daniela Ciocan What: Director of Marketing for Cosmoprof North America My personal style … is shaped by my travels. I love to shop while abroad and soak up all the trends across the pond. Beauty is a big part of my career, and color influences my look down to the color of my nails. I love … asymmetrical hemlines and untailored pieces that flatter and have feminine accents. I like to mix looks and fabrics while experimenting with my accessories, but I always keep it feminine.
