Life is Beautiful Updates Culinary Roster

It already includes the likes of Bruce and Eric Bromberg, Scott Conant, Jonathan Waxman, Hubert Keller, Cat Cora, Michael Mina, Chris Cosentino, Rick Moonen, Kim Canteenwalla, Jet Tila, Donald Link, Tom Colicchio, Michael Symon, Aaron Sanchez, David Burke, Charlie Palmer, Mary Sue Milliken, Susan Feniger, Paul Bartolotta, David Myers and Todd English.

They’re now joined by Nancy Silverton, Akira Back, Richard Camarota, Frank Goriceta, Carlos Guia, Joseph Leibowitz, Hiew Gun Khong, Nina Manchev as well as beverage professionals Tony Abou-Ganim, Drew Levinson, Andrew Pollard, Eric Swanson, Kent Bearden, Thomas Burke, Michael Shetler, Kevin Vanegas, Jack Kramer, and Mike Tadich.

That collection of food and drink luminaries will be divvying up the kitchen star power over a few venues, like The Culinary Village, The Alchemy Garden and Chefs on Stage. Plus they’ll be throwing a Grills & Guitars stand-alone kick-off party for $175, a Take a Stand charity shindig with a $5,000, eight-course dinner hosted by Hubert Keller and Elizabeth Blau for Three Square.

Bruce Bromberg of Blue Ribbon led a panel of 12 chefs to curate the food festival, which centers around the Moroccan-style bazaar Culinary Village. Admission to that is included in the festival, and will feature Blue Ribbon Restaurant, Honey Salt, Fleur, Strip Steak, Wolfgang Puck, Nobu Hard Rock, DMK Burger Bar, Due Forni, Yellowtail, Kumi, D.O.C.G, Herbsaint, LAVO, TAO, Bratalian Neapolitan Cantina, EAT, Chocolate & Spice, Origin India, Barbuto, rm Seafood, Kuma Snow Cream, Curbside Cafe, LBS Burger, Smokin Bros BBQ, Sin City Hot Dogs and Forte European Tapas & Bistro.

The Alchemy Garden will be for boozing, but sadly beer, wine and cocktails are a la carte. Flights will be available for $40 for 9 tastings. Chefs on Stage will be for a series of demonstrations from Bruce and Eric Bromberg, Scott Conant, Jet Tila, Jonathan Waxman, Cat Cora, Chris Cosentino, Rick Moonen, Aaron Sanchez, Hubert Keller, Kerry Simon, Mary Sue Milliken, Susan Feniger, Mike Minor, Donald Link, Grant MacPherson, Carla Pellegrino, Jason Tuley, David Myers, Elias Caro, Josh Graves and Todd English.
