Chef-owner Natalie Young’s vibrant Downtown breakfast-and-lunch spot, Eat, shines with a menu broken into categories of what breakfast hounds crave (sweet, savory and eggs all day; lunchie stuff, too) and serves everything big and beautiful. Best bets? Huevos Motuleños ($12) is a sweet-salty riff on its more typical rancheros cousin; the eggs Benedict’s hollandaise is unfathomably fresh; and even simple steel-cut oats get royal treatment with cinnamon-roasted apples.
