Honey Salt



Consultant Elizabeth Blau and her husband, chef Kim Canteenwalla, pulled out all the stops in opening Honey Salt in Summerlin, and it is paying off; they’ve been packing ’em in since Day One. Decorator Randy Apel and Blau redesigned the former Nora’s Wine Bar, using lime-green banquettes, funky mirrors and a snazzy brick wall. The menu is eclectic, as well, from New England Fry (a lightly breaded combination of Ipswich clams and calamari, pictured below) to Nana’s tiffin chicken curry and even turkey meatballs.
At last, fine dining at reasonable prices has invaded the ’burbs.
