A Las Vegas cab driver for nearly a decade, Andrew Gnatovich is the voice behind LV Cabbie Chronicles on Twitter, where he provides commentary on his most interesting encounters and observations working the night shift. He mostly stays away from the politics of the taxi industry, and instead provides amusing anecdotes about life behind the wheel. (Sample: “That’s 2 nights in a row that I’ve made over $100 on a single ride. Thank god for tourists who want to get laid. I mean want a massage.”) Gnatovich comes off as ethical and knowledgeable, shining a positive light on an occupation that rarely gets it, one reason why he counts Holly Madison among his 5,000 Twitter followers.
