Border Grill recently hosted its 12th tequila-pairing dinner, which was so oversold that the tables eventually spilled out onto the patio. Luckily, tequila makes the heart grow fonder … of rubbing up against your neighbor and eating off his or her plate. The multicoursed affair, which has in the past welcomed Clasé Azul and Milagro tequilas, always begins with a cocktail and appetizer reception before everyone takes their seat and tucks into chef Mike Minor’s bold (ooh, barracuda!) cuisine.
