Andrea’s Monday Pairing brings together a fun bite and cocktail, and its latest installation introduces a fancied-up maki. Shrimp tempura and tuna are rolled into colorful formation with avocado and mango, and topped with fried gobo leaves and eel sauce. The bright, light flavors are complemented by the peachy notes of the Lulu cocktail, made with vodka, rum and crème de peche liqueur.
