Combining Asian food, drink and traditional entertainment, the Luckyrice culinary festival will bring the Far East to the Wild West when it returns to the Cosmopolitan, October 4-6.
Not to be missed is the Luckyrice Vegas Night Market on October 5, when the Boulevard Pool will be transformed, offering an Asian feast inspired by the night markets of Asia. On your plate: traditional and modern Asian street food by celebrity chefs including Pichet Ong, Todd English, Jet Tila and Kristen Kish, as well as chefs from Wicked Spoon buffet,Holsteins, Fukuburger and Raku. Cosmopolitan property mixologists Mariena Mercer and Christopher Hopkins will also be on hand, creating specialty cocktails with an Asian flare.
Saving the best for brunch, Luckyrice’s Dim Sum, Bloody Mary and Mahjong Brunch mixes the Cantonese dim sum tradition with that American brunch staple, the Bloody Mary. This event will give guests the opportunity to design their own Bloody Mary with Asian ingredients while indulging in chef Susur Lee’s Cantonese-inspired bites.
